We are happy to propose an « upgraded » version of Reinventing Brussels based on the experience of the 60 workshops we organized or sponsored over the past 2 years. At the core of this new version lays the Sensing Journeys.

Sensing Journeys pull participants out of their daily routine and allow them to experience systems through the lens of different stakeholders. Sensing journeys bring participants to places, people and experiences that are most relevant for the respective question they are working on.

These sensing journeys will be organized for teams of 4 to 7 people around a specific theme. Possible themes may be “reinventing cooking”, “reinventing finance”, “reinventing spirituality”, “reinventing mobility”, “reinventing  learning”, etc. The teams are self-managed and define their agenda specific to their choosen theme.

Once a month, all the teams are invited to a Hub, a gathering where teams and people will be sharing their experiences of their sensing journeys and also practice collective tools from Theory U.
